Consumer Health Data Privacy

This disclosure supplements our Privacy Policy and describes how West Labs Rx collects, uses, and shares "consumer health data" as defined by state consumer health data laws, including the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar laws in other states.

1. Consumer Health Data We Collect

Consumer health data includes personal information that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status — for example, the health goals and symptoms you share in intake forms, conditions you report, treatments you explore or receive, and information that links you to seeking healthcare services.

2. Sources and Purposes

We collect consumer health data directly from you when you complete intake forms, communicate with providers, or use your account. We use it only to provide the Services you request: connecting you with providers, facilitating evaluations and prescriptions, fulfilling orders, and supporting your ongoing care.

3. Sharing

We share consumer health data only as necessary to provide the Services — with the independent providers who evaluate and treat you, the licensed pharmacies that fill prescriptions, and service providers bound by contract to use it only on our behalf. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Your Rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to: confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data; access your consumer health data; withdraw consent to the collection or sharing of your consumer health data; and request deletion of your consumer health data. To exercise these rights, contact us through our Contact page. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

5. Appeals

If we decline to act on a rights request, you may appeal by replying to our response. If your appeal is denied, you may have the right to contact your state attorney general.
