1. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and login credentials.
Health information: information you provide in intake forms and communications with providers, including symptoms, medical history, goals, and photographs you choose to submit. This information is collected for the purpose of connecting you with medical care.
Payment information: billing details processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
Usage information: device and browser information, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address, collected to operate and improve the website.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide the Services: connecting you with licensed providers, processing evaluations and prescriptions, arranging shipment through licensed pharmacies, managing subscriptions and billing, providing customer support, verifying eligibility by state, and improving and securing the platform.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information for advertising purposes.
3. Sharing of Information
We share information only as necessary to provide the Services: with independent healthcare providers who evaluate and treat you; with licensed pharmacies that fill prescriptions; with shipping carriers to deliver orders; with payment processors to handle transactions; and with service providers that host our platform or support communications, under contracts that restrict their use of your data.
We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
4. Health Information and Privacy Protections
Information you share for medical care may be protected health information subject to federal and state health privacy laws, including HIPAA when held by our healthcare provider and pharmacy partners. Our Notice of Privacy Practices and Consumer Health Data Privacy disclosures describe additional rights and protections that apply to health information.
5. Analytics and Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website functioning, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage. Our analytics are configured to exclude sensitive health information — we do not send intake answers, symptoms, diagnoses, or treatment selections to analytics tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal and medical record obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Medical records held by providers are retained in accordance with applicable medical record retention laws.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to know what information is shared, and to opt out of certain processing. You may also have rights under consumer health data laws, including the ability to withdraw consent to the collection or sharing of your health data. To exercise any right, contact us through our Contact page; we will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
