Refund Policy
Effective September 2026
This Refund Policy explains when charges for West Labs Rx subscriptions may be refunded and how to cancel.
1. If a Prescription Is Not Issued
Treatment is prescribed only when a licensed provider determines it is medically appropriate. If you complete an evaluation and the provider does not issue a prescription, amounts charged for treatment not provided — including the first month of treatment and shipping — will be refunded. Provider evaluation fees for an evaluation that was actually performed may be non-refundable, as stated at checkout.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent months. Cancelling does not refund charges for the current period once an order has been prepared or shipped by the pharmacy.
3. Prescription Products Are Non-Returnable
For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medications that have been dispensed and shipped cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law or where the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or is lost in transit, contact us promptly through our Contact page. We will arrange a replacement or refund in coordination with the dispensing pharmacy.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Questions
Questions about refunds, cancellations, or billing can be sent through our Contact page.
